Wanchuang Hardware Tool Warranty Instructions

Warranty Time Description:

  1. The product warranty period is based on the date issued by the customer’s valid purchase certificate as the starting date of the warranty period;

  2. If there is no valid proof of purchase, three months from the product production date shall be used as the actual date of the warranty period.


Out Of Warranty:

  1. Exceeding the warranty period;

  2. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance and storage not in accordance with the requirements of the product manual;

  3. Failure or damage caused by disassembling, repairing, or modifying the product without the permission of the company;

  4. The failure or damage caused by force majeure; 

  5. Vulnerable parts and random accessories;

  6. After the product is used, rust, electroplating peeling, surface scratches, broken plastic handles, etc. do not affect the function of the product.


Warranty Description:

  1. Replacement and repair: During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems, the replacement repair method will be used for warranty;

  2. Replacement: During the warranty period, if the product has quality problems, it will be repaired by replacement.


Service Description:

  1. When the product fails, the customer can choose to send it in for repair or send it in for repair, and go to the company's designated repair center for repair;

  2. When the product fails, if the customer chooses to send it for repair, the customer and the company will each bear the freight once.
